We were in a 4 person apartment and we only had 2 chairs, one of which had the top of the chair completely torn off. I reported it to the reception but they didn't have any other chairs in reserve, they just gave me a cloth to put on it. The closet doors were all messed up and not working. I reported it too but apparently they didn't mind that much. We only had 4 small spoons and no more. It's a pity because the residence is well located, close to the ski slopes and the bread service in the morning is very practical. Sincerely

This is the 4th time we stay in this residence. Well placed not too far from the slopes, a casino and a good bakery at 5 min walk, pharmacy. Comfortable bedding. The staff takes good care of the residents and responds to any need. Parking for an extra charge but covered. Always the same small flat: a household not very tidy, even at the beginning of the winter season.
