translated from frThis is the 4th time I've been to the Pirons campsite via Locasun. Positive points compared with previous years: The welcome is always excellent, there's nothing to complain about in terms of the nautical complex and the surrounding environment, and the activities on offer are top-notch, with a special mention for the activity leaders. It's worth noting that these activities and entertainment are offered right up to the last day. (which was not the case on our previous trips). On the other hand, accommodation is catastrophic given the price (650€). Pitch too small (difficult to park your car) and very close to the other pitches, mobile home in poor condition (photos available), interior not up to 5-star standards: rusty fridge, auxiliary heating in the same condition, torn bench seat... in short, given the price, it's very, very limited, especially as opposite our pitch a latest-generation mobile home with air conditioning and 3 auxiliary heaters was rented at 540€ for 15 days. Look for the mistake... .

Cleanliness to be reviewed for a 5-star. Swimming pool toilets so dirty that children poop in the changing rooms and once again in the pool (15mn zipper for "cleaning". Similarly, safety should be reviewed at the edge of the outdoor pool or the staircase to the solarium leaves only the edge of the pool to pass at the risk of falling into it. A real danger to children. For the rest we had a good week:)
translated from frLes Pirons, a 5-star hotel? Not on your life. We found a very, very moderately maintained campsite except for an island of mobile homes probably reserved for wealthy people. Our mobile home was not clean. Staff should not look everywhere for an inventory of fixtures. We found under the furniture of small cars, a bottle of coca, almonds, peanuts...... and the dust of a camping season. No shelves in the rooms. No coat rack or shelf in the shower room. So nothing practical especially when it comes to a so-called 5-star. Surprise too. The reception is closed between noon and at least 2.15 p.m. The only positive point is the water space and one thing is for sure, I won't go back to that campground

We had a really nice week of vacation. It was our first family vacation. The children had a great time and we enjoyed our holidays. I just have 2 negative points that for me should be reviewed by the campsite bedding that is not comfortable at all and cleaning. ( We had to wait 2 hours to get our mobile home because it was being cleaned but it was far from clean and when we left we saw the person who cleaned the mobile home in front of us, it was really abused in 5 minutes she had finished).

Cleanliness of the mobile home that leaves something to be desired (room crockery, cleanliness of the floors). We were cold during the stay because only 1 radiator. We discovered at the start that we could have had an additional heating system....
