    Good housing situation, calm even if it is on the ground floor. State of the equipment leaving something to be desired: 1) failure of the electric plate during the living room 2) water leakage on the toilets 3) chairs disintegrating generating a dangerous "dust" for an asthmatic person 4) vacuum cleaner not allowing to be used 5) kitchen worktop in poor condition 6) bottom of the bin stained with a layer of agglomerate 7) sticky dishes 8) handles of the cupboards remaining in the hand 9) split external chairs (4 on the 6). The bathroom needs a makeover (curious traces above the toilets, moulds on the bathtub joint). First time we come across a rental (by your organization or others) that lacks maintenance.
