Apartment received dirty (dishes, floors, ...) And when we report it we are called liars! Very bad experience. Locasun have no sense of service and hospitality, the customer is supposed to be listened and satisfied!!! Too bad the apartment is well designed. Change staff and management, there is a big worry!!!!

Not serious either to make us wait 1h30 for the keys which were given to us after the contractual time, especially since the studio was unoccupied for qq time to believe the low temperature and the odors of sceptic tank due to the drained siphons.... Otherwise pleasant and very clean studio. A downside on the bedding. Well located towards the shops and access to the slopes but on the 1st floor and therefore exposed to the music from 10pm to 1:30am from the pub below ....

I was a little disappointed with this second time. We heard loud music from the bar next door every night until 1am and people talking loudly outside the bar. It was very disturbing! The first year we didn't have any noise because our apartment must have been better located. This time our apartment was too close to the bars. I think that there is something to review on the insulation of the windows. Another drawback : when we tried to reach the emergency number of the person on site to contact in case of emergency, it never answers... Which is very annoying if we have a problem! Apart from these problems, I find the accommodation very interesting especially in terms of location.

Great apartment, brand new and clean. One bathroom/wc per room is really comfortable. The apartment is located next to a Sherpa and the shopping mall of the resort centre

Very well equipped resort, shops on site, and at the foot of the telesieges to go hiking at altitude. The shopkeepers and staff of the resort are very friendly. A studio for 2 people is quite comfortable.
