Good welcome. Clean apartment well located in Caen. It's a pity we were short of cutlery. For 4 people, we had 2 forks, 2 teaspoons, etc.. We had to ask for everything and we got the bill for 4 people exactly and nothing more. For a week's stay, I find that a bit average... And unlucky for us, we twice had a coffee machine that didn't work and was full of limescale... The bathroom in room 408 is difficult to access, with a wall that cuts the bathtub in 2, reducing the space by half. Not a problem for children, but for adults it's complicated. I recommend it for a weekend, but no more than that.
