Very, very quiet place to live, lots of restaurants closed, only one store, the spar, which takes advantage of this in terms of prices. the pool when we arrived was very cloudy and greenish, cleaning only done more or less 2 days later. wobbly folding wooden table in the living room, don't lean on it too much. No WIFI connection, whereas the neighbor had one (gaviota 6). Very strong smell in the family shower, rusted and dislocated outside sewer pipe. Cracked white plastic deckchair. A blue fabric deckchair that had already lived. Lots of sick-looking stray cats, windscreen detached and punctured in places, showing us the mess of objects next to it (torn mattresses, etc.), large slatted bed base glued back together with insulating canvas. Not much water coming through, lighting above the bathroom sink in very poor condition, family bathroom toilet board with broken fastener on the right. At 09:40 no one at the agency to hand over the keys. The keys were left in an external safe where the code was visible to everyone!

Nice house, clean, the mattress of the double bed needs to be changed and there is a little lack of dishes (dish, utensils). The fact of being 500 m from the beach is very pleasant and the beach is beautiful. The area of deltebre is to discover! I regret the proximity with the neighbors and especially to envisage anti mosquitoes.
