Pleasant apartment in a great location. Bathroom a little old, and a little lacking in crockery/kitchen utensils (forks, peeler)....but otherwise perfect. Small plus, allocated parking space, really essential in high summer, when parking spaces are scarce. Apartment 200m from the sea. I would not hesitate to return to this rental.

It's a shame there's no internet box, as the telephone network is non-existent... also a disappointment with the TV, which couldn't pick up anything... antenna wire out of order. We pointed this out when we handed over the inventory of fixtures. No proposal was made. We took the initiative of buying an aerial wire, which we left behind. We were not even offered a refund.... Beware also of the "box" in the basement for parking the car as it's very small, not sure an SUV will fit in there... and no parking space outside.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung, gefiel uns sehr gut. Top Lage und alles wichtige ist in der Nähe. Leider ist der Kleiderschrank eine Abstellkammer für Putzsachen und anderes. Auch das Tor der Garage klemmt. Die Küchenzeile hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Wäre das besser hätten wir auch fünf Sterne gegeben.

Dirty apartment at our arrival (pile of hair on the floor, in the dishes, fridge, trace of dried urine on the toilet, stained pillow ...). Unacceptable to rent like this. No equipment (microwave, dishwasher). It is an apartment that has not moved since the 80s. Very hot inside in spite of a fan, the air does not enter inside because of the exposure and the angle in which the apartment is located Too bad because the residence is well located and pleasant, well maintained. 20 years we have been going to this residence through another real estate agency and we have never had a problem like this. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED.
