A beeper and a key for 4 people knowing that we need the pool beeper for the elevator and to get out. The mattress is very very used, the elevator often broken down, a very unpleasant smell of burnt smell in the lobby and paid parking spaces from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm as the agency says there are non paid spaces but you have to look for them and on Saturday a queue to get the keys at 4pm.
