Beautiful apartment located on the first floor, completely renovated, in very good condition, with a magnificent view over the promenade of Mimizan, the Current, the beach and the ocean. The view on the horizon from the bay window is breathtaking! A dishwasher and a washing machine are available, very practical, TV, internet with speed, a real plus! The balcony is big enough to dry towels and have lunch for 4. A private cellar is at your disposal, secure, it allows 4 bikes to enter without any problem. There is a parking space at the foot of the building, on a car park accessible through an automatic gate. The building is located 200m from the beach and 300m from the centre of Mimizan Plage, the covered market is located one street behind the building: at the top!
