Faded accommodation, dirty apartment, worn and disgusting floors. Accommodation for 5 people unsuitable for 5 people but rather for 2 people. Sofa bed in the living room very uncomfortable and of poor quality.all the walls of the accommodation are full of marks and dirty, curtains with cigarette burns. Crockery insufficient.... Doll's bathroom is so small that there's no room for it. Corridors need to be completely redone and are in very poor condition. Balcony with a 2-person table for a 5-person apartment. Balcony with dirty, peeling exterior paint... Swimming pool and outline very badly framed and degraded (glass walls glued back together with glue). Very pleasant staff, including the maintenance man who is very accommodating and efficient. The person in charge thinks he's in the army and is very unpleasant. Residence to be avoided. I will never return. Much better residences in the area

translated from frExcellent value for money: royal location with access to the swimming pool at the bottom of the building and beach 200 metres away. Soundproof studios, once on site, no need for a car if you want to spend a relaxing holiday (swimming pool and beach). The only small drawback: too narrow spaces in the car park, so there is a risk of cars being knocked over....

Very good residence. Very good welcome. Simple but effective accommodation for sleeping and eating. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning or shutters to keep the studio cool. Good thing the pool's here!
