    Positive points: - The apartment is very close to the sea / loggia / parking space / very good reception at the agency Negative points: - no key for the bike room / no inventory of fixtures entering or leaving (for example, when we arrived in the apartment, there was a door hinge of the living room furniture broken + 2 impacts on the walls of the living room, BUT we could only report it by phone, because no inventory of fixtures when entering) / and we are not informed when our deposit checks (household + apartment) are destroyed. There would also be a lack of small practical kitchen equipment, such as a toaster and a kettle. Thank you.
