Mobile home dirty and in bad condition. Cleaning staff very unpleasant although we returned a mobile home cleaner than when we arrived. The repentant couple Mobil home XXL having received us was very friendly and very available. The mobile home was in excellent condition, spacious and pleasant to live in. In addition, we had a very large outdoor space where we could park our van and the children could play frisbee. Our regrets come from the campsite, very pleasant and exotic but not adapted to babies who cannot walk. No water space for them and that's the last straw for a 5 star campsite .... No heated pool! With such bad weather, it's not a luxury! The bar/restaurant is zero! No organization, team totally amateur, disorganized. Long service when there are not many people, no gloves to take the food (waffles), no hand washing, no overshoes.... What can we say about the "boss" who spoils one of her employees in front of the customers while the pizza man is nice and professional with the customers! And on top of that the holiday vouchers are not taken... That's the last straw for a holiday resort, if it's not possible to use them on holiday .... This snack bar has not understood anything!?! It's a pity because it spoils the professionalism and the kindness of the representatives of Mobil home XXL.

The reception outside the main reception because the rental was made by a service provider, the person who received us, was not very pleasant and did not accompany us to the accommodation. No explanation on the operation of the boiler where we had problems with the gas outlet and therefore hot water. After seeing the person in charge, she almost called us a liar and finally told us to open the cupboard door to get ventilation on the boiler.... In addition, the accommodation was not very clean when we arrived, strong smell of food. The windows do not open fully.... On the other hand, we had a nice location with a good green space in front of the mobile home. The infrastructure of the swimming pools was very good, the setting quite nice.

The campsite must have had 5 stars a few years ago because since then it has been poorly maintained, the private beach announced no longer exists, finally we can see it... left abandoned probably because of the current case: the manager of the campsite being involved before the courts following the drowning of a child in 2015, in this famous pool without a swimming supervisor. The terraces are not maintained. The landscape environment is not either. The animation team thinks it's funny but it's not. Under the influence of humour, they allow themselves to "tease" holidaymakers without tact. The animation talks daily and several times a day about their note on TripAdvisor, asking only for positive opinions, otherwise the holidaymakers can keep their opinions. And if the holidaymakers don't like them, well, so be it. In the aquatic area, the supervision of the animation team, not of swimming but of the behaviour around it, is of no use, since disturbances are not excluded even after several remarks. Night activities are almost exclusively for children. The snack bar serves food at affordable but disgusting prices (there are no other words to describe it) As for our rental, it was of a certain age, not clean when we arrived, the kitchen equipment was basic, the cleaning not very well done, dust, cobwebs, hair and hair in the shower, insects stuck in the shower cubicle. In conclusion, great disappointment with the price, very exhilarating with regard to the service.

A very successful family stay. The campsite is wooded, quiet, with a pretty miniature golf course and beautiful swimming pools for the pleasure of young and old. The mobile home is very well arranged and spacious, clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The location is quite central: it takes about 1 hour to see the Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, Hossegor or Biarritz. It is located 15 minutes by car from the beach.
