Comes a little complicated: to have to make 3 different offices to have all the keys and other documents..... Mobile home dirty on arrival: tasks on the ground, dishes completely redone before use... incomplete inventory... A simple thorough check and a small cleaning team would have avoided the problem. Too bad, the rest was perfect.

Being a regular at the campsites (the dragonier, the davaine ranc and aluna) the welcome on this one by the staff was more than average if not nil. Probably because we had not booked directly through them. On the site itself, we found a pleasant but not very well maintained campsite in the green spaces (high grass) and a swimming pool where the rules posted at the entrance are not respected (shorts are not allowed, the majority are not in bathing suits, slides climbed up by the children during the descent without anyone intervening etc.). Being next to the pool we saw young people entering it outside opening hours, it was necessary for children to go to prevent security for them to intervene.

It's a shame that the "tour operator" customers are differentiated from each other as soon as they arrive: different bracelets and no welcome bag like the SUNELIAs... It sets the tone right away.
