We had the pleasure of entering a brand new chalet, but what a surprise to find that the chalet floor looked like a trampoline: in fact, in many places the balatum was warped and underneath, the floor battens were sinking dangerously. Then 24 hours later, we noticed that a water leak was spreading in the toilets and as this cottage is made exclusively of wood, the water began to rise in the walls. Then we detected a new leak in the bathroom so we were wading in the water.... We think that if nothing is done quickly, this chalet will be unhealthy for another year! And what about the adjustable faucet (kitchen and SDB idem) because we had either a small trickle of water or a geyser that splashed all over the room! Finally, the internal shutters were very difficult to handle because there was too little play in the slides. As far as storage is concerned, it boils down to a small portion in all the rooms and no coat rack or small hook has been provided, which is badly needed. And then, as far as the equipment on the terrace is concerned, it is non-existent since we had to take the folding table and chairs out of the living room every time we wanted to eat outside where there was no parasol to protect ourselves from the sun either. As for the floor of the terrace, the blades that covered it are so far apart that we have lost several objects (tweezers, cutlery, playing card) as the underside of the terrace is inaccessible. Thank you for reporting all these anomalies to the designer of this project which could have been great, if it had not been done despite common sense....
