We propose you to the rent, in the place said Lozari in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned small house in ground floor in less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 33 m ² and being able to welcome comfortably 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 70 m². We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi, pull-out bed (two beds with new bedding) and dining area.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, combi-oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) (new bedding).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful private garden of 70 m², south facing, with 2 deckchairs and parasol. It is not totally closed but separated by vegetal hedges.
- A terrace of 9,38 m² covered, with table, chairs and plancha to enjoy the beautiful days.
Within the residence :
- A shared swimming pool 2 minutes from the accommodation, open from April to early November, heated from April to mid-June and from mid-September to early November. The large pool measures 25 x 10 m, there is also a paddling pool.
Opening dates of the pool are not contractual, subject to weather conditions.
The house is ideally located in Lozari (Belgodère), in a very pleasant environment, 15 minutes by car from Ile Rousse. You will be 500 meters from a small commercial area including all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops...
Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the residence, on the numbered parking space reserved for the accommodation
- Minibus line at 500 meters
- Nearest train station : Ile Rousse at 28 minutes
- Nearest airport : Calvi at 44 minutes
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify this when booking.
- High chair and baby bed with mattress available upon reservation.
- Laundry in the residence for a fee.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the kitchen area and appliances.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
