We offer, in Lozari on the commune of Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned semi-detached house, at less than one kilometre of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 15 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of about 18 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining table.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful fenced garden of about 15 m², south facing.
- A south-facing terrace of about 13 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Lozari on the commune of Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private and numbered outside car park of the house, located at 800 meters (1 place).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bastia station (1h26min)
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (46 min)
Other remarks :
- Pets are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Double bed: 15 euros. Single bed: 12. Bathroom linen: 6 euros per person.
- Baby kit: 5 euros per day or 25 euros per week (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
-A parent is responsible for all children's swimming.
- Opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
