The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This cosy 35 m² 2-room apartment has everything you need for an ideal stay.
Ideally located on the square in Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building, you'll be close to shops, events and activities.
West-facing and with a large balcony, you can enjoy a morning coffee or a meal in the sun.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a comfortable living room with TV, sofa bed and fitted kitchen, a master bedroom, and a large balcony overlooking the square and facing the mountains, all in a traditional atmosphere.
Sleeping arrangements include a sofa bed in the living room, two 90x190cm single beds in the sleeping area and a 140x190cm double bed in the master bedroom, for a total capacity of 6 people.
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals after a long day: all cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, raclette machine, and more.
You'll also enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool and sauna, as well as a private ski locker for winter use.
