This residence forms the central square of Les Orres 1800. A real cocoon for families during the vacations, a party place in January, this square is the heart of life at 1800.

You'll certainly appreciate the sauna cabins and the outdoor pool, heated to 32°, to make your stay unforgettable.
The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
This adorable 35m² 2-room apartment is ideally located in the center of Les Orres 1800, at the foot of the slopes.
Completely renovated for winter 2023-2024, with modern, warm decor and new, top-of-the-range fittings, you'll feel right at home.
It opens onto an entrance hall with storage, on the right the sleeping area with custom-made storage drawers and closet, and on the left the bathroom and WC.
This hall then opens onto the large new kitchen, then the living room with TV and electric fireplace for warming your fingers after skiing or reading by the fire, the master bedroom with closet and individual TV, and finally, the balcony with garden furniture.
You'll find plenty of facilities to make your vacation perfect, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge, built-in oven, raclette and fondue maker, electric fireplace and TV in the living room and bedroom.
Sleeping arrangements include a 90x190cm bunk bed in the sleeping area and a 140x190cm double bed in the bedroom. A sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You'll be right above the square in Les Orres 1800, just a stone's throw from the shops, restaurants and various activities on offer in the resort, but also at the foot of the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access to the Prébois chairlift or the Préclaux carpets for the little ones.
You'll also benefit from a private ski locker for safe storage of your equipment, and access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool.
