The Chalets de Bois Méan Building D residence offers peace and panoramic views, thanks to its location facing the surrounding larch trees and peaks.
Away from the main road, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Les Orres.
Ideally located, you'll be just a short stroll from ski schools, hiking/snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails and the resort center, where you'll find a wide range of shops and entertainment.
You're sure to appreciate the heated indoor pool and jaccuzzi in Building A, where you can relax with family and friends. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
This superb 60 m² 3-room duplex apartment has been completely refurbished by an interior designer. Rated 3 stars and awarded the "3 mélèzes" label by the resort of Les Orres, it offers large living spaces in a resolutely modern style with meticulous decoration.
You'll have free access to the residence's heated indoor swimming pool, and a private ski locker.
West-facing, it overlooks the resort's mountains: La Mazelière, Le Méale and Pic Haut, as well as the Serre-Ponçon valley below.
It is located on the eighth floor, accessible by stairs up the two flights separating it from the entrance.
It comprises a large living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed and connected TV; a shower room with laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer and iron). To make you feel at home, you'll find in the kitchen all the equipment you need to regain your strength after a day's sport: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, combined microwave and oven, kitchen utensils and crockery, etc... You'll also appreciate the wifi connection included in this accommodation. The balcony with garden furniture is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while admiring the view.
Enjoy a good night's sleep thanks to quality bedding: a first bedroom equipped with a TV and closets, with a 160 x 190 cm double bed; and a second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds and storage space. Upstairs, you'll also find a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
You'll be located on the heights of the resort, about 50 m from the ski-lift ticket offices, about 200 m from the main square of Les Orres 1800 and its small shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, etc.), and less than 200 m from the start of the slopes and the many summer hiking trails.
Don't forget to visit the resort of Les Orres 1650 and its additional shops, which you can reach on foot in just ten minutes by taking the footpath, lit up at night, that leads down through the forest.
