Location: fine sandy beach at 150m/500m, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, banks of the Canal du Midi at +/-800m.
Services and facilities: reception, laundry, bars, pizzeria, snack bar, bread sale.
Water park: swimming pool on the Portes du Soleil side open all season (heated swimming pool divided in 2 with the pool on the one hand and the paddling pool and relaxation area on the other hand, a total of 620m2). Swimming pool on the Tamaris side open from June to September (completely renovated and extended, a total of 700m2 with a heated area, 4 separate slides, massage jets, relaxation area, balneotherapy, whirlpool baths and paddling pool).
Sports and leisure: children's playground, table tennis, volleyball, petanque courts, multi-sport slab, basketball, tennis... Activities in July and August: mini-club, teen club, sports activities, evening entertainment.
Accommodation: adjoining houses with 1 free parking space. Garage on request (40€/week). Villa of 75m2 with terrace of 12m2 with garden furniture. Spacious living room with sofa bed and dining area TV, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 small bedroom with 1 single bed.
Possible extras to be paid on site: bed and baby chair (20€/unity), complete linen kit (16€/person/week with mandatory change in the middle of the stay if 2 weeks rental min), final cleaning (80€/obligatory), laundry on site.

old-fashioned downstairs shower, the toilet is constantly leaking, the kitchen is very poorly equipped with no oven ! an old microwave and a split coffee maker, original furniture that is falling apart. 3 bedrooms? No 2 bedrooms and 1 cupboard just the place of a small bed. Concerning the bedding a horror the foam mattresses are all packed up I came home with a LUMBAGO!

The domain is good, the animation nice, pleasant and functional accommodation. I wanted a fenced accommodation to avoid the exits of my 21-month-old grandson and my little dog: the gate does not lock and is locked in a live hedge with lots of passages. We were never quiet and the bitch remained tied up after running away to hunt stray cats in large numbers. The estate is really lacking in greenery: dogs are allowed, there are dispensers of excrement bags everywhere but no suitable place for them. Many stray cats. The activities are correct and the pools are very pleasant. Finally, the payment of the cleaning is mandatory and it was not specified at the time of booking: 75€ for this type of accommodation!
