Lavender blue villa of Nice in the classic but functional decoration is equipped well.
This charming villa can welcome 5 adults and 4 children on three floors:
In the rez of road two rooms(chambers), a room of shower and TOILETS for the children.
On the first floor, lounge(show), dining room, beautiful cooks any outing, toilet.
In the second floor: three bring to room temperature a bathroom and toilet.
A big garden raised by 300 m2, in the peace with big table to have lunch, swing chair.
The district is very quiet and accepts no noise pollution. Rent reserved for families.
Arrived after 16 hours. Departures before 11 am.
800€ pledge in cash, check or credit card to be put back(to be handed) upon your arrival and restored to your departure.
Non-smoking apartment.
The arrivals / departures between 8 pm and 8 am are increased by 50€.

The villa has 3 parking spaces inside the garden, to note that the access is very narrow and requires to maneuver. However Other parking spaces are available in the street unless 50 meters.
On request, organization of your transfers airport / station up to the apartment, with discount of keys and check in by the driver (Price lists).
