Apartment located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Girona Coast. This apartment has a capacity of 4 people and has a shared pool, offers direct access to the Almadraba's beach. All apartments have a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. Many of our clients say that this part of Roses is his favorite. Ideal for families wanting to enjoy the numerous possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

Location of the perfect residence! Very nice place, very nice cove. Direct access to the beach. Perfect family residence with children who have space to play outside with their friends! On the other hand, this apartment is dilapidated. It was very, very dirty when we arrived. Very dusty. Disgusting bathroom. Strong smell of humidity. Only 1 small cupboard in the room for everyone. Unable to put clothes on it because of the smell. Ugly beds. Disposable sofa bed. Inside the kitchen cupboards and dirty dishes. Lack of utensils. We did a great cleaning!!! The photos were taken several years ago because they do not reflect the current state of the apartment. Very poor soundproofing of the apartments. Very very very bad Wifi connection. We will return to this very pleasant residence but not to this apartment.

Very well maintained residence. Very good setting. Very good location, on the beach itself, the best in Rosas. Only small downside, the apartment would need a very big refreshment, very poor equipment (kitchen equipment, terrace table in poor condition, umbrella unusable.) All this is compensated by the location and the private garage. We will come back.

Apartment very well located. Complete equipment, deckchairs very appreciable. Garage for the car in the basement. Just to repair the sofa bed of which a part of the bed base is damaged otherwise it's really very good. The reception on the spot is smiling and efficient. We had an excellent stay.
