Only small downside, the apartment would need a very big refreshment, very poor equipment (kitchen equipment, terrace table in poor condition, umbrella unusable.) All this is compensated by the location and the private garage. We will come back.

Apartment very well located. Complete equipment, deckchairs very appreciable. Garage for the car in the basement. Just to repair the sofa bed of which a part of the bed base is damaged otherwise it's really very good. The reception on the spot is smiling and efficient. We had an excellent stay.

Perfect family residence with children who have space to play outside with their friends! On the other hand, this apartment is dilapidated. It was very, very dirty when we arrived. Very dusty. Disgusting bathroom. Strong smell of humidity. Only 1 small cupboard in the room for everyone. Unable to put clothes on it because of the smell. Ugly beds. Disposable sofa bed. Inside the kitchen cupboards and dirty dishes. Lack of utensils. We did a great cleaning!!! The photos were taken several years ago because they do not reflect the current state of the apartment. Very poor soundproofing of the apartments. Very very very bad Wifi connection. We will return to this very pleasant residence but not to this apartment.
