Spacious and comfortable apartment with capacity for 6 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 20 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.

Disappointed with the comfort of the sofa, we couldn't sit on it, the fridge didn't cool and there were ants all over the apartment. The inventory of fixtures was not done properly because everything was defective air conditioning washing machine sofa and fridge. What's more, the toilet isn't suitable for sitting down as I'm disabled. Frankly, I'm very disappointed with this accommodation, I don't deserve this price.

clean and spacious apartment, comfortable bedding but sofa very uncomfortable, slouching and you can feel all the springs in the seat, very noisy apartment because bar restaurant just across the street (with tables right under the windows) tenants upstairs also noisy (we had the impression they were doing work a good part of the night ...) too bad because apartment well located and close to the beach.

Apartment very well located at 2 min from the beaches and restaurants. It is located in a pedestrian street with stores and restaurants. No parking space in the street of the apartment, obliged to park in the adjacent streets. A little complicated in August, but once you find the place, you are quiet because the car is useless in roses all done on foot. Simple and functional apartment, air-conditioned. Agency operational, there was no clothesline, they brought us one in less than 24 hours. Contrary to other comments the street is not too noisy and very quiet from midnight. I recommend +++ even with family
