clean and spacious apartment, comfortable bedding but sofa very uncomfortable, slouching and you can feel all the springs in the seat, very noisy apartment because bar restaurant just across the street (with tables right under the windows) tenants upstairs also noisy (we had the impression they were doing work a good part of the night ...) too bad because apartment well located and close to the beach.

With a wine bar at the bottom of the building, it's best to avoid this apartment if you have small children...noisy street. Moreover, there is no parking nearby except for a paying car park and beware of the hourly rate...more expensive than on the French Riviera. Finally, you have to cross the whole city to get the keys. If you don't know Rosas...it's a pain in the ass. And the receptionist is not very friendly and doesn't speak French or English, so it's hard to make yourself understood. Good luck with that.
