Exit to the balcony. 2 balconies, north facing position and west facing position, small balcony, south facing position terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, restaurant 800 m. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 800 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m.
