As indicated this apartment has an exceptional view and location. Unfortunately its condition beyond being old is borderline commendable. The sockets are hanging, the kitchenware is filthy and we had to buy a pan to cook our meals. Its situation does not justify the price asked. It's a shame I can't attach the pictures I took.
