For a real St. Malo experience, stay in this comfortable 105m² apartment located in the heart of the Intra-Muros, in a quiet area. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it is very bright. It has 3 large bedrooms with double beds. 2 of the beds can be separated into 2 single beds of 90 by 190. A beautiful living room, TV lounge on one side, dining room on the other. A semi-open kitchen, completely renovated and very well equipped. A shower room, separate toilets.
This apartment has been completely refurbished. We have made it a point of honour to decorate it with taste so that you will be there as if in a cocoon.

Fully equipped we provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and Nespresso capsules.

A stone's throw from the beach and all amenities, you will find all the comfort you need at Le Hauban after a day full of discoveries.

Consult us: the apartment is not configured to accommodate disabled people in the strict sense of the law, but being easily accessible, the degree of importance of the disability could possibly allow it to be used.

Visits :
Asfeld's hotel just down the street next to the apartment, also known as the privateer's house. Museums, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours possible by contacting the Tourist Office located at Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St Vincent you will find bus and coach departures to all the districts of Saint-Malo as well as the little train for a commented historical visit of the city.

Power supplies :
Rue de l'Orme, also called the gourmet street, you will discover very good local products:
Butters and cheeses from Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruits and vegetables with 4 seasons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fish shop, as well as many restaurants, such as the Breizh café, the Cambusier, or down rue l'Absynthe.

Restaurants and Cafés :
On the Place Chateaubriand you can eat very good seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'Or, go to the General House for a Sunday lunch for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (attention reservation recommended), and discover the friendly restaurant Le Cargo Culte in a friendly atmosphere, with homemade cuisine on the menu, pies, salads, spreads, soups, in a deco of an antique store or even the tapas of associated terroirists.
In the evening you will have the choice between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's, or the unforgettable belle époque, beer lovers Aviso will seduce you with its 500 beers! And if you prefer the atmosphere of boating and sailing, on the port along the Vauban basin, you can use the staysail!

    Ideally located, right in the heart of the city but close to the port of embarkation, super convenient, real rooms with real beds that can be requested as singles or doubles. Everything you need to start enjoying your vacation from the very first minute is in the apartment. A few coffee capsules, tea bags, etc. are all included, so you can arrive even on a Sunday without looking for an open grocery store. There's no need to overload the suitcases: bed linen, table linen, towels, toilet paper and breakfast victuals: less load, less fuel consumption, so it's also environmentally friendly. There's an elevator for people who have difficulty walking to access the 3rd floor. My only downside is the creaking parquet floor. The real parquet gives the apartment character, but the natural creaking noise isn't great at night if someone gets up.
