A few coffee capsules, tea bags, etc. are all included, so you can arrive even on a Sunday without looking for an open grocery store. There's no need to overload the suitcases: bed linen, table linen, towels, toilet paper and breakfast victuals: less load, less fuel consumption, so it's also environmentally friendly. There's an elevator for people who have difficulty walking to access the 3rd floor. My only downside is the creaking parquet floor. The real parquet gives the apartment character, but the natural creaking noise isn't great at night if someone gets up.
