DESCRIPTION RENTAL:
Description Studio cabin of 24 m² plus closed loggia of 5m2. In the heart of a secured residence, in a park with trees with digicode, janitor, swimming pool from June to September included and tennis. It is on the 2nd floor out of 5 with elevator. Individual private parking available. You will find everything you need for your well-being (bathtub - fridge - freezer - microwave oven - washing machine - dishwasher - coffee maker - kettle - flat screen TV - iron - utensils and cutlery for cooking - reversible air conditioning. All the elements are in very good condition. The accommodation is designed for three people (1 sofa bed BZ with excellent mattress 2 places, a bed for child located in a separate room).
THE STUDIO IS CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES:
Fréjus is a seaside town located about 30 minutes from Cannes, less than an hour from Monaco and Saint Tropez. The studio is located at 5 minutes by car or about 2-3 kms from the beaches, the base nature, an amusement park and a water park. At 50 meters from a bus stop, 200 m from the train station, 300 m from a mini-market Franprix and tobacco.
