Magnificent 38-square-meter apartment in Saint-Tropez.
Welcome to Saint-Tropez!
I'd like to welcome you to my magnificent 38-square-meter DUPLEX apartment, located on the 1st floor without an elevator, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It's ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the BEACH.

Accommodation
The apartment is cosy, so you won't lack anything during your stay! It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after an intense day. The spiral staircase can be dangerous for children! They can easily fall down, because there's no child safety device! So be careful.
Facilities include: Television, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, heating, oven.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
Discover the must-see places of Saint-Tropez, such as La Citadelle de Saint-Tropez, a 24-minute walk from the apartment, the Musée de l'Annonciade, a 16-minute walk away, and the Musée de la Gendarmerie, a 14-minute walk away.
You'll be ideally situated just 2 minutes' walk from La Bouillabaisse beach, where you can enjoy sand castles, swimming, fishing and family water fights.
You can also plan a variety of activities, including boat trips at La Rose des Vents (17 min walk), and parasailing and paragliding at Marine Air Sport (19 min walk).
You'll also have the opportunity to visit the must-see sites of Nice (1 hr 52 min. by car), Cannes (1 hr 25 min.), Toulon (1 hr 13 min.)...
