The location is also ideal for discovering the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice, the Maire annexe Magnan, the Obelisk historic site, the Alsace Lorraine garden, the Nice Beach tourist attraction and several beaches that will be very popular in summer.

The Madeleine district is a narrow area occupying one of the valleys that slopes down from the hills to the sea. Very urban and quite popular, boulevard de la Madeleine offers the experience of real immersion in an active and dynamic corner of the city.
-- Les Baumettes
Comprising part of the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Baumettes district in the heart of Nice has a dual face. Residential on the higher ground, it becomes much more urban, commercial and lively as you get closer to the shore. This family-friendly neighborhood is ideal for enjoying the beach and real neighborhood life.
-- Gambetta
To live in the Gambetta district is first and foremost to be able to enjoy the sea and the beach in a matter of moments, while being just a few blocks from downtown. More recent than the neighborhoods of the hyper-center, Gambetta features a harmonious blend of bourgeois buildings typical of 19th-century Nice urban planning, Art Deco edifices and contemporary buildings. Although not a large district, Gambetta boasts several shopping streets, including Rue de France, renowned throughout the city for its boutiques. Served by streetcar, this district has everything to please!
-- Le Piol - Parc Impérial - Vernier
The Parc Impérial district owes its name to the Hôtel Impérial, built in 1902 for the Russian community who spent their winters on the Côte d'Azur. The area underwent a real transformation during the Nice World's Fair. Today, it's a reminder of this period, with some magnificent buildings. Today, it's a colorful residential neighborhood, perfect for a family stay, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the neighborhood's shops, which will delight all your desires during your stay.
-- Thiers - Musicians
Mozart, Verdi and Rossini all came to stroll the streets of this neighborhood. The musicians' district is a symbol of Nice architecture. It's a district appreciated for its calm and its immediate proximity to Nice's hypercentre. Although very close to the hypercenter, the Musiciens district offers its residents a true neighborhood life. There are many local shops and restaurants.
-- Jean - Doctor
This neighborhood is best known for Avenue Jean-Médecin. It is one of the city's main north-south traffic arteries, and appears to be Nice's main shopping thoroughfare. The people of Nice refer to it as "l'Avenue". You'll be a stone's throw from the Notre-Dame de Nice Basilica and the imposing Nicetoile shopping center.
-- Carabacel
Just a stone's throw from the port and adjacent to the old town, this district boasts a wealth of shops and landmarks. The Carabacel district attracts a resolutely urban and active population.
Nice is known for its narrow streets and extremely dense urban fabric. Although the Carabacel district is no exception to the rule, it benefits from exceptional space. Crisscrossed by promenades and bicycle paths, shaded by palm trees and plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation, it is a meeting place for the neighborhood's inhabitants.
