Ah, Belz... Really, you would be wrong to deprive yourself of it. In the Ria d'Étel, in the heart of the Morbihan, Belz is a real nugget, a pearl in a green and blue setting, where authenticity is paramount. So quickly pack your bags and follow the guide!

Belz is located in the Morbihan department. A real port card of Brittany, this jewel in the Bay of Quiberon is nestled in the heart of the Étel ria. Its emblem? The unmissable islet of Saint-Cado! Linked to the village by a charming little stone bridge, it is known for its little house with blue shutters set on its granite. Inspiring painters and photographers for ages, this landscape is the perfect place to rest to admire the sun setting, and tint the sky with its magical colors! The other emblem of the town of Belz is the Pont-Lorois: the only bridge spanning the ria d'Étel, it will allow you to walk or cycle to the country of Lorient. Just at the foot of the Pont-Lorois, admire the Port Niscop, a small peaceful cove that was home to shipyards long ago. With its panoramas changing with the seasons and the tides, the ria d'Étel will offer you at every moment a different spectacle from the day before: that's why it is so loved by the hearts in love with Brittany!

As far as built heritage is concerned, the town is home to numerous churches and chapels scattered here and there on its territory, such as the church of Saint-Saturnin in the town, or the chapels of Sainte-Anne and Saint-Cado to name but a few. There are many devotional fountains, as well as 15 crosses and calvaries. And who says Brittany says megaliths! You will be able to discover the dolmens of Kerhuen, the menhirs of Kerdruellan, those of Kerprovost and Kerlutu. Manor houses, fountains and other granite dwellings will complete your dive into the heart of local architectural traditions.

As for swimming, lovers of quiet interludes will enjoy the superb views from the beaches of Étel, Erdeven and Plouhinec, which you can reach by car, on foot or by bike thanks to the GR34 and GR341 trails along the river. In terms of activities, there is something for all the family: canoeing, sea kayaking, wing foiling, giant paddle, sailing and diving will finally give this Breton holiday a little taste of fabulous adventure!
