In Rouen, the historic capital of Normandy, stroll through the beautiful cobblestone streets of the Carré d'Or district, walk along the rue du Gros Horloge and admire an outstanding heritage: the Saint-Ouen abbey, the Palais de Justice and the famous Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral immortalized by Claude Monet.
