The capital of Campania, Naples is known throughout the world for its cultural heritage and delicious pizzas. An unmissable place in this sunny region and a veritable open-air museum, its historic centre, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has nearly 500 churches, majestic fountains, grandiose palaces, medieval castles and colourful streets in which you will adore strolling to the rhythm of the dolce vita.

Then follow in the footsteps of the ancient city of Pompeii, to discover its archaeological site and ruins, famous throughout the world. More than 2 million visitors flock every year to contemplate this ancient city, its Roman amphitheatre, its forum and its baths. After visiting Pompeii, climb to the summit of Vesuvius. From the top of its 1281 meters, this volcano dominates the bay and the city of Naples. From the Sorrento peninsula to the Gulf of Salerno, colourful villages perched in the mountains follow one another up the cliffs. Stop at Amalfi to visit its imposing cathedral, but also at Praiano, Ravello, Maiori and Positano : take the time to stroll through its maze of narrow streets typical of the villages of the Amalfi coast. By day or by night, this city on the side of a cliff bordering a turquoise sea is worth the sight so much the panorama is striking !
