Disappointed We booked a week's stay for ourselves and our two children, one of whom was a baby. As soon as we arrived, we were disappointed by the setting. We went to our apartment and there was horror! The air-conditioning didn't work, the apartment lacked many amenities, the bedding was uncomfortable, and the hot water in the shower was completely random. With a baby, it was difficult to bear such a high temperature in the apartment (easily 30 degrees). We reported the problem to reception (the only positive point was the availability of the staff), who called in a technician. We waited two hours for the technician, who changed the remote control and told us to wait 5 minutes for the reset... but it was still the same. We went back to reception, who again sent someone out while we were away, and still no air-conditioning when we got back (it was supposed to be a scorching week). We were finally able to change apartments around 7pm... We emptied everything but decided not to clean until the next morning. When we arrived the next day, a cleaning lady was taking photos to, and I quote, "blow the deposit". My partner had to explain the situation so that the cleaning lady could erase the photos and we could get on with the cleaning. In terms of infrastructure, we were told that the pool would be open until 7pm, but we were kicked out at 6.30pm to clean up. In such cases, they don't announce a 7pm closing time... In short, a more than mixed stay. The only positive points were the proximity to the sea and the warm welcome from the staff, hence the rating.
