We propose to you to the rent, in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment at less than 300 m of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 100 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² giving on the garden with TV, double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and storage space
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A garden of 100 m² closed, secure, in co-ownership, composed of a private terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a residential area. You will be at 10 min walk from all the essential stores but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:

- Caen train station at 25.7 km (30 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey train station at 20 km (25 minutes by car)
- Caen-Carpiquet airport at 27 km (30 minutes by car)

- During your getaway on the Normandy coast, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum, bowling, tennis, children's activity on the beach, mini golf...
We advise you to visit the beautiful market in the center on Tuesdays and Fridays.
