We really appreciate it! Your reviews play a very important role in helping us to improve the service that we offer. Feedback will also facilitate the decisions of future clients when making their reservation.
Since 2001, Locasun has always incorporated a client- focused approach and our team strives to provide maximum satisfaction. We couldn't do this without your feedback! We are real people, wanting the best holiday rental experience for our clients.
Notice Information:
Customers can leave a review of an Accommodation and an Accommodation Service at the end of a Stay booked on the Site.
It is not possible to leave a review on an Accommodation and an Accommodation Service in which a Customer has not made a Stay. Only the Customer can leave a review, excluding the Guests accompanying him/her during the Stay.
The Customer is free to leave or not a review, and undertakes to leave only objective and fair reviews, and not to contain information likely to allow the identification of a natural or legal person.
At the end of a Stay, the Customer is invited to give an opinion on an Accommodation and an Accommodation Service by :
(i) Rating the quality of the Accommodation and the Accommodation Service according to the following criteria: Accommodation, Cleanliness, Facilities, Environment, Welcome on Site.
The scores that can be assigned to the above criteria can range from one to five.
The arithmetic average of the ratings given by all Customers who have evaluated an Accommodation and an Accommodation Service after having made a Stay is displayed on the page of the Accommodation, its advertisements, as well as the list of advertisements.
(ii) Leaving a comment.
Comments left by Customers are displayed on the page of the Accommodation, its advertisements, as well as the list of advertisements by clicking on "Read Reviews".
The submission of a comment by Clients is optional.
LOCASUN checks the notices published by clients before they are published.
LOCASUN reserves the right not to publish a notice in the following cases:
- The notice does not only concern the Accommodation or the Accommodation Services;
- It contains information that can be used to identify a natural or legal person;
- Its content is offensive, abusive or obscene.
In the event that LOCASUN does not publish a notice for one of the reasons mentioned above, the author will be informed by e-mail. The email sent to the author of the notice will mention the reason for its non-publication.
No notice may be modified by its author or by LOCASUN after its publication.
The author of a notice may request its removal by sending an email to LOCASUN at reservation@locasun.com.
If the comment posted is offensive, abusive or obscene, contains personal information or false information, users of the Site have the opportunity to report it by clicking on the "Report" button below the comment and explaining the problem encountered.
LOCASUN may then delete the said comment following the report made.
No consideration of any kind is given to Customers in exchange for notices left online.
Notices are listed in chronological order of publication on the Site.
In the event that the author of a review deletes his or her LOCASUN Account, his or her username will no longer be visible and a note will indicate that the review is from a deleted Account.
Satisfied with this very well managed stay by Locasun . My only comment concerns the apartment balcony, which is unusable because of the amount of snow that has accumulated. The co-owners should deal with this problem.

Well-designed accommodation for young children. The bunk-bed cabin is quite large. Its ground-level access is a plus for children (even though it's on the 2nd floor). The only downsides are the lack of serious housekeeping and an inefficient vacuum cleaner.

Spacious apartment with a superb view, bedding needs changing, lots of crockery. We'll be back with pleasure. Tressikencirux you can't hear the neighbors.

Very good service very satisfied
Apartment in very good condition, practical and well located. The only difficulty for people with reduced mobility is access to the village center by stairs, as the building is located higher up.
It was out of season but there was a lack of documentation on local tours and excursions adapted to the date. Lack of information on location on arrival, especially the fact that you have to go to the parking lot first and how to find it (it's a bit hidden).
