General information

The present General Terms and Conditions are intended to govern the relationship between LOCASUN, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,000,000 euros whose registered office is located at 24 rue des Jeûneurs 75002 PARIS France, registered under the number 488 157 389 at the RCS Paris, and persons capable and endowed with discernment wishing to benefit from holiday services as described below (hereinafter the "Customer").

LOCASUN offers holiday services and more particularly accommodation services of all kinds (houses, apartments, mobile homes, boats ...) located on French, European and foreign territory (hereinafter the "Accommodation Services").

In this respect, LOCASUN operates the website accessible at www.locasun.fr (hereinafter the "Site" - as well as its translated versions) via which it offers the provision of accommodation (hereinafter the "Accommodation") for a period corresponding to that of the stay (hereinafter the "Stay").

The present General Conditions will be completed by specific documents (notably the rental contract and the entry voucher), given to the Client or to the persons occupying the Accommodation (hereinafter the "Holidaymakers"), which together with the present, form the contract binding the Client to LOCASUN.

Any reservation made with LOCASUN implies the acceptance without reservation of these General Conditions.

The reservation of a Hosting Service is carried out on the Site by the Customer according to the following process:
-reservation and choice of Accommodation ;
-indication of the number of nights or weeks and of holidaymakers ;
-verification of the details of the reservation, of its total price ;
-payment of the price of the Accommodation Service or a deposit on the price of the Accommodation Service;
-consultation and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions before validation of the reservation by the Client ;
-validation of the reservation by the Client ;
-sending by e-mail to the Client of the summary of the reservation.

For questions of legislation on certain residences but also for comfort and security, LOCASUN reserves the right to ask Clients and/or Holidaymakers to provide certain personal information (date of birth, number plate, passport number...).

The Client undertakes to complete all the information requested when making the reservation and certifies that the information provided is true and accurate.

The proposed Hosting is available in small quantities and is managed in real time on the Site. The Hosting presented may become unavailable if several users book it at the same time. The first user to make a reservation has priority. The Customer who will have pre-booked a Hosting that has become unavailable will be informed by LOCASUN by e-mail and will be immediately refunded the sums paid. It will receive proposals for other Accommodation.

LOCASUN's validation of the reservation is materialised by the sending within 72 hours of the summary of the Rental Contract by e-mail to the Client indicating the number of nights, the start and end date of the Stay and the price of the service (hereinafter the "Rental Contract").

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and other legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to the conclusion of online travel and holiday contracts, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation services. Consequently, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal when concluding a rental contract with LOCASUN.

After full payment of the balance of the price of the Accommodation Service, the Client will receive an entry voucher on which are indicated the contact details, dates and times of arrival and departure (hereinafter the "Entry Voucher").

The Customer may at any time consult the progress of his reservation and all related information from his online account that he will have previously created, in the "my reservations" section.


2.1Awards

The price of the Accommodation Service includes the price of the Accommodation, the booking fees, and, on free membership, the subscription to a cancellation and/or comprehensive insurance described in article 5 (hereafter the "Price(s)").

Prices include VAT at the legal rate in force on the day of booking and are payable in euros.

2.2Payment of the Prize

Payment can be made in instalments under the following conditions described below, except in the case of a special reservation, which is described below, require the payment of the totality of the Price at the time of the reservation. (hereinafter the "Special Reservation").

The Special Reservations relate to the following three hypotheses:
- the reservation was made no later than thirty-five (35) days prior to the date of arrival, (the date of arrival being the first day of the Stay, hereafter the "Date of Arrival") ;
- the Total Price of the Accommodation Service is strictly less than two hundred euros (€200) ;
- the advertisement of the Accommodation indicates in the "Contact" section one of the "". CODE TO" as follows: 160, 171, 271, 317 or 1450

Payment can be made by credit card (CB, Visa or MasterCard), bank cheques or holiday cheques, bank transfer, telephone with a counselor, or paypal.
When the Customer opts for payment by paypal, he must pay the full price of the Accommodation Service.

For all other means of payment, the Customer may pay :
- or the full price of the Accommodation Service at the time of the reservation ;
- or in several times as follows:
- 30% of the Accommodation Price on the day of the reservation, as well as the and any cancellation and/or comprehensive insurance, if applicable, if it has been subscribed to;
- 70% of the Accommodation Price to be paid within thirty-five (35) days at the latest. before the Date of Arrival, as well as the tourist tax if this is collected by LOCASUN.

If the Customer opts for payment by bank checks, bank transfer or holiday vouchers, he will receive an estimate. Nevertheless, the Accommodation will only be reserved from the moment LOCASUN receives payment for the Accommodation Service:
- the Customer may then initially make payment by credit card or paypal so that the request can be processed immediately. In a second step and after receipt and collection by LOCASUN of the bank cheques or holiday cheques, LOCASUN will credit the bank account of the Customer of the amounts corresponding to the amounts of the cashed cheques;
- if the Customer does not wish to reserve his Accommodation Service by making an initial payment by credit card or paypal and is content to send the checks or the bank transfer to LOCASUN, he then takes the risk that the Accommodation which interest is reserved by another more diligent Client. The rental price may also change between the time the customer receives the quote and the time Locasun receives payment. The Customer is aware of this possibility, and may decide to pay the additional costs, to cancel his stay free of charge, or to choose another accommodation.


The Accommodation provided by LOCASUN is composed of the different inseparable services mentioned in the Rental Contract and includes :
- the provision of the Accommodation ;
- the provision of the furniture furnishing the Lodging.

Photographs of the Hosting published on the Site or sent by e-mail with the Rental Contract or the Entry Voucher show an illustration of the Hosting. Photographs from the same ad can correspond to several almost identical dwellings. The Accommodation may therefore not correspond exactly to the illustrations (in terms of layout, exhibition, decoration etc.).

The furniture of the Accommodation may also not correspond in any way to that shown in the photographs above. LOCASUN guarantees that the Accommodation contains as many beds as the maximum number of Holidaymakers provided for the said Accommodation. However, the type of sleeping arrangements shown in the photograph (double beds, single beds, bunk beds, sofa beds) cannot be guaranteed.

The use of a Hosting at the maximum of its capacity may result in less comfort, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.

If the description mentions the presence of garden furniture, LOCASUN does not guarantee that the said furniture will correspond to the maximum number of Holidaymakers provided for the said Accommodation.

If a television is mentioned in the Rental Contract, LOCASUN cannot guarantee that the different channels can be received in different languages.

The description of the Accommodation also mentions, in particular for Accommodation located in tourist residences, the services offered (e.g. swimming pools or restaurants) which are accessible during the high season. During the low season or in the event of bad weather, cleaning, maintenance or low attendance, fewer services may be offered, which Holidaymakers recognise and accept.

Holidaymakers who have to comply with the specifically formulated bathing rules are informed that not all foreign legislation requires swimming pools to be made safe. LOCASUN cannot be held responsible for these facts.

In view of the diversity of the Accommodation offered on the Site, LOCASUN cannot guarantee facilities adapted to the reception and Stay of people with reduced mobility or elderly people requiring special assistance. The Customer may contact LOCASUN in order to find out whether the said Hosting would allow this, at the Customer's expense to ensure their security and monitoring.

Difficulties encountered by the Client or the Holidaymakers due to the layout of the rental (narrow stairs, lack of lift, footpaths, etc.) are not taken into account. land...) do not engage the responsibility of LOCASUN, the accommodation being taken in the state it is in.

LOCASUN offers two special formulas for certain Stays in the mountains. However, these options are not available on all of these Stays.

When they are proposed during the online reservation, the Customer has the possibility to subscribe to the following offers:
-rental of ski equipment ;
-purchase of a ski pass for the ski lifts (hereafter one the "Package").

4.1Rental of ski equipment

The ski equipment hire service enables the Client to hire the ski equipment on his own behalf or on behalf of the Holidaymakers for use on the ski area for the entire duration of the Stay.

The rental of ski equipment can be the subject of different types of offers (economic, evolution, sensation and excellence) which allow the rental of skis alone, boots alone or the complete pack. The price of the offers varies according to the ski resort concerned.

The Customer can subscribe to the rental of equipment until the day before the Date of Arrival.

The Client certifies that he is fit to use the equipment personally and releases LOCASUN from any liability in this respect. The choice and rental of equipment is the sole responsibility of the Client.

The Client undertakes to use the rented equipment with care and to take all necessary precautions to avoid damaging it. The Client assumes the material and legal custody of the rented equipment. The Customer is thus entirely responsible for the rented equipment, from its collection to its return.

The Client benefiting from the hire of the equipment is obliged to respect the safety and maintenance rules relating to the use of the said ski equipment. The Customer acknowledges that the equipment may not be lent or sub-let.

The Customer will return the material:
-in the place of hire on the date indicated before the closure of the said place ;
- in good condition and in good working order, i.e. without any modification other than normal wear and tear resulting from normal use of the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.

The Customer shall refrain from substituting any replacement equipment for the rented equipment.

The Customer is informed that the equipment is numbered or marked and that it must be returned with the same numbers and marks.

In the event of non-return of the equipment or part of the equipment or its deterioration preventing its use, the Customer shall be liable for the amount corresponding to the new value of the said products.

4.2Buying a Package

The purchase of a Ski Pass allows the Client, holder on his own behalf and the Holidaymakers who are holders, to use the ski lifts in service in the ski area for the entire duration of the Stay.

Subject to the production of supporting documents (identity papers or family record book), several ski pass prices (generally for young people, students, adults, families) are offered at prices defined according to the ski resort concerned. A recent photograph of the holder may also be requested.

The Customer may subscribe to this package up to four (4) days before the Arrival Date.

Any stolen or lost Package will not be replaced. Any Package reserved and paid for which is not used by its holder during the Stay will not be exchanged or refunded.

A Package is personal, non-transferable and non-transferable throughout its period of validity. The holder must be able to present the Lump Sum and prove his or her entitlement at any time during the Stay, in particular during checks by the competent authorities.

The fraudulent use of the Package or its falsification, is punishable by criminal prosecution and damages.

The Client holding the ski pass is obliged to respect the safety rules relating to transport by the ski lifts of the ski resort.


The Customer has the possibility to subscribe :
-an insurance relating to the cancellation or interruption of the stay (hereafter the " Cancellation/Interruption of Stay Insurance ") ;
-a cancellation insurance for lack or excess of snow (hereafter the "Snow Loss or Excess of Snow Cancellation Insurance");
-an insurance to guarantee individuals during their skiing activities (hereafter the "Ski Day Insurance");

5.1 Cancellation/Interruption of Stay Insurance

When booking the Stay on line, the Client has the possibility to subscribe to the Cancellation/Interruption of Stay Insurance with the MUTUAIDE Company.

The Insurance allows the full refund of the Price of the Accommodation booked up to the day before the beginning of the Stay.

The cost of the proposed Insurance varies according to the Accommodation and the duration of the Stay.

5.2Snow Coverage Cancellation and Excess Snow Insurance

The customer has the possibility to subscribe, in ski resorts at an altitude of more than 1,200 metres, to the Cancellation Insurance for Snow Loss or Excess with the Company MUTUAIDE Le Client. The general terms and conditions of the Insurance are directly accessible online by clicking on the following link Link and must be expressly accepted by the Client before any subscription.

5.3Ski Day Insurance

The Client has the possibility of subscribing to the Ski Day Insurance with the company EUROP ASSISTANCE SA. The general terms and conditions of the Insurance are directly accessible online by clicking on the following link and must be expressly accepted by the Client before any subscription.


Independently of LOCASUN, a local referent (hereinafter the "Local Contact") may, for certain Accommodations, offer Vacationers additional services (extra bed, towels, cleaning, pet supplement, swimming pool, etc.) under his or her own responsibility. LOCASUN transmits, for information purposes, the prices for the additional services offered by the Local Contact. These prices are indicative and may be modified by the Local Contact.

Information concerning sports and leisure activities is provided by the Tourist Offices as an indication. LOCASUN cannot be held responsible for them.

LOCASUN cannot be held liable in any way for any damage suffered by the Client and/or the Holidaymakers in connection with the Services and Additional Services or any other services other than those covered by the Accommodation Provision.


Additional costs may be charged in addition to the price of the Accommodation Service, such as :
-Stay tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, calculated per person and per day;
-rental charges (e.g. water, electricity, internet...).

These additional costs, which can be collected by LOCASUN or by the Local Contact, are detailed in the advertisement.


8.1Use of the Accommodation and the equipment furnishing the Accommodation

All the Accommodations offered by LOCASUN are available to the Customer and Holidaymakers for the purposes of leisure, tourist or business trips. Any other use, in particular for commercial purposes, is strictly forbidden.

The Customer and the Holidaymakers undertake to use the Accommodation and the equipment furnishing it with care.

In the Accommodation with internal regulations, the Client and the Holidaymakers are obliged, upon arrival at the Accommodation, to familiarise themselves with these regulations, which are binding on them immediately and without reservation for the duration of the Stay.

In any event, and even in the absence of Internal Regulations, the Customer and the Holidaymakers are obliged to behave like a reasonable person.

In the event of non-compliance with the internal rules or inappropriate behaviour, LOCASUN and the Local Contact reserve the right to force the Customer to leave the premises at any time. The Client will not be entitled to any reimbursement for this fact.

The Client and the Holidaymakers benefit from the equipment and facilities of the Accommodation made available to them as part of the Accommodation Provision, under the sole and entire responsibility of the Client.

During the entire duration of the Stay, the Client must ensure that any furniture or other objects furnishing the Accommodation (including the garden) remain within the confines of the reserved Accommodation. If fraudulent subtractions take place due to the negligence of the Customer, LOCASUN and the Local Contact reserve the right to hold the Customer liable. A fee may be charged if necessary.

The Client undertakes to compensate LOCASUN for any damage and deterioration that he/she and/or the Holidaymakers may have caused during their Stay, both to the Accommodation and to the furniture and equipment that is part of it, and which is not covered by the security deposit.

8.2Urgent Work

The Customer undertakes to authorise any urgent and necessary intervention in the Hosting during the period of occupation. Insofar as these exceptional and unavoidable events are not attributable to LOCASUN, the Client will not be able to claim any compensation for the disturbance caused during the Stay.


9.1Arrival

Holidaymakers must present themselves at the address and time slot indicated in the Entry Voucher and carry it with them.

Depending on the Accommodation and its location, the Holidaymaker may be met by the Local Contact, the keys may be sent to them by post beforehand or they may be left at a specific place where the Holidaymaker must go to collect them.

In the event of late submission to the Hosting without the Customer having previously informed LOCASUN and the Local Contact, access to the Hosting may be refused. The Client will not be able to claim any reimbursement of the Stay for this fact. If access to the Hosting is granted, the Customer may be charged a late arrival fee.

In the event of failure to show up for the rental within twenty-four (24) hours and without any news from the Client, LOCASUN and the Local Contact reserve the right to cancel the Rental Contract by right. The Client will not be able to claim any reimbursement of the Stay for this fact.

If the number of holidaymakers exceeds the accommodation capacity, LOCASUN may refuse the additional persons, with the proviso that children under two years of age must be counted as one person. In the event that this refusal is not respected, LOCASUN may terminate the Accommodation Service.

On the other hand, when the accommodation capacity is not reached and the Customer comes to the Accommodation with one or more additional persons that he definitely wishes to add to the Stay, LOCASUN may charge a supplement per person. The Customer must then pay this payment before joining the Hosting.

On arrival at the Hosting, the Customer must read and sign any specific documents present on site (such as those relating to safety instructions, inventory of fixtures, specific inventory...).

The Client will have forty-eight (48) hours after arrival to inform LOCASUN in writing of any element affected or deteriorated, or any malfunction or failure and must at the same time inform the Local Contact.

When an anomaly that hinders the smooth running of the Stay has been reported by the Client within the time limit, LOCASUN and the Local Contact will do everything possible to regularise the situation. The Local Contact will keep LOCASUN informed of any diligence performed.

Failing this, in the event of any subsequent dispute concerning the existence of damage, malfunction or deterioration affecting the Accommodation, its furniture or equipment, the latter will be deemed to have been made available to the Holidaymakers in perfect condition on the Date of Arrival.

9.2Departure

The Accommodation must be returned in a good state of cleanliness, crockery done, bins emptied. Failing this, the costs incurred for cleaning and restoration will be deducted from the amount of the security deposit.

The Customer is obliged to return any furniture or other furnishings (including the garden) to their original place. He/she must ensure that the Accommodation is carefully locked and hand over the keys to the Local Contact or to the place indicated at the time specified on the Entry Voucher. Any hour of delay in returning the keys may result in additional costs to be borne by the Customer.

If the Customer wishes to hand over the keys in advance and outside the proposed time slots, he shall not be entitled to any refund for the period during which he did not occupy the Hosting. An early departure fee may also apply.


The payment of a security deposit by the Customer may be made by one of the following means of payment:
-bank cheque ;
-credit card ;
-species.

This security deposit will be debited at the latest within thirty (30) days from the end of the Accommodation Service, to the amount of the sums due by the Customer to LOCASUN for repairs or damage caused and/or broken or missing objects, cleaning costs and more generally for any direct or indirect damage caused by the Customer and/or a Holidaymaker during the execution of the Accommodation Service.

However, if the amount of the security deposit does not cover the damage or shortages observed, LOCASUN may implement any procedure to recover the amount of the repairs and refurbishment.

The amount of the deposit varies according to the Accommodation and the specificities of the Stay.


Only the Accommodation whose description and Rental Contract bear the mention "pets accepted" can accommodate pets. LOCASUN must be informed in advance, give its agreement and indicate to the Client that the cost of the supplement is to be paid on the spot. Some Accommodations make access for any pets conditional on the presentation of a valid rabies certificate on site.

In any case, animals belonging to the 1st category and 2nd category in accordance with article L211-12 of the Rural and Sea Fishing Code are strictly forbidden to stay in the Accommodation offered by LOCASUN.

Upon arrival at the Accommodation and for the entire duration of the Stay, Holidaymakers staying with one or more pets are solely responsible for their actions.

They must ensure that their pets do not interfere with the peace, safety and well-being of other holidaymakers, staff or any other person. Pets are strictly forbidden in certain common areas surrounding the Accommodation such as restaurants, swimming pools, green areas or any other indicated place and must be kept on a leash when required by the rules of the premises.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above rules, LOCASUN reserves the right to refuse access to the Accommodation to Clients and Holidaymakers while retaining the payment paid under the Rental Contract.


12.1Conditions of Modification

Any modification of the Accommodation Service, in particular the length of the Stay, the dates, the choice of Accommodation must be approved by LOCASUN according to availability and may entail modification fees.

A request for an increase in the length of the Stay does not systematically give rise to modification fees except for the difference in the price of the Accommodation Service.

Any request to reduce the length of the Stay is considered by LOCASUN as a partial cancellation which systematically gives rise to cancellation fees.

Any other request may be considered by LOCASUN as a partial cancellation.

12.2Conditions for Total or Partial Cancellation

The Client may cancel his/her Accommodation Provision booking at any time before the Date of Arrival by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by e-mail addressed to LOCASUN at the addresses mentioned in article 20 hereof.

The cancellation date taken into account is the date corresponding to the working day on which LOCASUN is informed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or e-mail of the cancellation (hereinafter "Cancellation Date").

LOCASUN will then proceed to refund the sums paid by the Client at the time of booking, within thirty (30) days from the Date of Cancellation, under the conditions mentioned below.

In the event of cancellation, LOCASUN will retain the handling fee paid by the Client and the amount paid for the insurance if it has been taken out.

In addition, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the Cancellation Date (hereinafter "Cancellation Fee"):
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the Arrival Date:
In the event of Cancellation of the Accommodation Service more than sixty (60) days before the Date of Arrival, LOCASUN will charge the Client, as a lump sum compensation, a Cancellation Fee corresponding to 30% of the total Price of the Accommodation Service.
- Cancellation between 59 days and 35 days before the Arrival Date:
In the event of Cancellation of the Accommodation Service between fifty-nine (59) days and thirty-five (35) days before the Date of Arrival, LOCASUN will charge the Client, as a lump-sum indemnity, a Cancellation Fee corresponding to 50% of the total Price of the Accommodation Service.
-Cancellation less than 35 days before the Date of Arrival / No Cancellation :
In the event of cancellation of the Accommodation less than thirty-five (35) days before the Date of Arrival or No Cancellation, LOCASUN will charge the Customer for the full Price of the Accommodation as stated in the Rental Contract.

12.3Reservation Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, Non-Modifiable

The above-mentioned conditions of modification and partial or total cancellation of reservations are not applicable to Special Reservations.

No cancellation, exchange, or modification of date, place, type of Accommodation, person or other can be made for a Special Reservation.

No refund will be made in case of cancellation or in case of no-show in the case of a Special Reservation, for any reason whatsoever, the total amount of the Stay remaining acquired at LOCASUN.


A Customer may validly assign to a substitute assignee (hereinafter the "Replacement") his Lease Agreement provided that :
-the assignment must be made in writing before the Date of Arrival;
-the Customer has informed LOCASUN by mail or e-mail at the addresses mentioned in article 20 of the present document at least seven (7) days before the Date of Arrival ;
-the replacement has made contact with LOCASUN within three (3) days following the transfer.

If the three conditions mentioned above are not respected, LOCASUN or the Local Contact reserves the right to refuse access to the Accommodation to the Substitute. Neither the Client nor the Substitute will be able to claim a refund of the Stay due to the termination of the Rental Contract for which they are responsible.

The assignment of the Rental Contract makes the Replacement a party to the said Contract in the place of the Customer. He must therefore pay the balance of the Accommodation reserved and any costs arising from the assignment of the rental contract.

The Substitute is personally responsible for the completion of the necessary administrative formalities and the deadlines for obtaining them (valid identification documents, passports, visas, etc.). LOCASUN cannot be held responsible for this fact.

The Customer and the Substitute are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the balance of the Hosting and any transfer costs, particularly in the event of a change of name.


14.1Conditions of modification
14.1.1Minor modification of the Lease Agreement

LOCASUN may unilaterally modify, before the start of the Stay, clauses of the Contract other than the Price, provided that this modification is minor, which the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts.

LOCASUN will inform the Customer of the minor modification on a durable medium.

14.1.2Modification of an essential element of the Lease Agreement

The occurrence of an external event that is imposed by LOCASUN or the Local Contact may make it impossible to comply with one of the essential elements of the Rental Contract.

Under these conditions, LOCASUN may propose to the Customer a modification of an essential element of the Rental Contract or a replacement Accommodation which the Customer may accept or refuse.

If the Customer accepts the modification or replacement Accommodation but this results in a reduction in the quality of the trip, the Customer is entitled to adequate compensation.

If the Customer refuses the modification or replacement Hosting, the Rental Agreement is cancelled.

14.2Cancellation conditions

LOCASUN may cancel the reservation made by the Client. LOCASUN will reimburse the Customer for payments made within fourteen (14) days of cancellation. The Customer is then eligible to obtain compensation.


In the event of the occurrence of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances at the place of destination or in its immediate vicinity, which have significant consequences on the execution of the Rental Contract, the Client and/or LOCASUN may cancel the Contract.

LOCASUN will then reimburse the Customer for the payments made, within fourteen (14) days following the cancellation. The Customer is not eligible for additional compensation.


LOCASUN is responsible for the proper performance of all obligations arising from the Contract.

LOCASUN will be exonerated from all or part of its liability in the event that the non-execution or poor execution of the Contract is attributable either to the Client, the Holidaymakers or a third party, or to the occurrence of an unforeseeable and insurmountable event, or to the occurrence of a case of force majeure.

During the entire duration of the Stay, LOCASUN and the Local Contact will assist the Holidaymaker with any difficulties encountered.

LOCASUN will provide the Holidaymaker with general information regarding passport and visa requirements, including the approximate time required to obtain visas and any information on the country's health formalities.

The Holidaymaker must take care of his objects and personal belongings. LOCASUN cannot be held responsible in case of loss, fraudulent evasion, damage or destruction of the said objects and effects.


The possible complaints sent by the Customers must be carried out in accordance with the following process:

-with LOCASUN and the Local Contact during his Stay. LOCASUN and the Local Contact will do everything possible to satisfy its demands;
-to LOCASUN by registered mail or e-mail within fifteen (15) days following the end of the Stay. Claims made will be processed within sixty (60) days of receipt of the letter or e-mail.

If this process is not respected, we inform you that the expenses will not be taken in charge, in particular in case of interruption of stay.


The law applicable to any Rental Contract concluded with LOCASUN is French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake, prior to any contentious action, to seek together, in good faith, an amicable solution. Any complaint will therefore be made in writing to LOCASUN beforehand at the following address: Service Client LOCASUN 24 rue des Jeûneurs 75002 PARIS France (address exclusively for the reception of mail).

The Parties are informed that they may also submit a complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform accessible at the following address: . https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show.

In the event that no agreement could have been reached at the end of their attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, the most diligent Party may refer the matter, free of charge, to the services of the Médiation du Tourisme et Voyages, BP 80 303 - 75823 Paris Cedex 17 www.mtv.travel.

If no amicable agreement could be reached, the dispute could be submitted to the competent court.


In the context of the performance of the Contract or the taking of pre-contractual measures, LOCASUN is required to collect personal data concerning the Customer, and where applicable the Holidaymaker, in particular via the Site.

No tolerance, whatever the nature, extent, duration or frequency, may be considered as creating any right whatsoever and may not lead to limiting in any way whatsoever the possibility of invoking each of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, at any time, without any restriction.

Any clause of the present General Terms and Conditions that would be declared null or illicit by a competent judge would be deprived of effect, but its nullity would not prejudice the other stipulations, nor affect the validity of the General Terms and Conditions as a whole or their legal effects.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Article L.211-2 II of the Tourism Code. You will therefore benefit from all the rights granted by the European Union applicable to packages, as transposed in the Tourism Code. LOCASUN will be entirely responsible for the proper execution of the package as a whole.

In addition, as required by law, LOCASUN has protection to reimburse your payments and, if transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent. Travellers will receive all essential information about the package before concluding the package travel contract.
Both the organiser and the retailer are responsible for the proper execution of all travel services included in the contract.
Travellers are provided with an emergency telephone number or contact information to reach the organizer or retailer.
Travellers may transfer their package to another person with reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional charges.
The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs increase (e.g. fuel prices) and if this possibility is explicitly provided for in the contract, and in any case may not be changed less than twenty days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package price, the traveller may cancel the contract. If the Tour Operator reserves the right to increase the price, the traveller is entitled to a price reduction if the corresponding costs are reduced. Travellers can cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee and be fully reimbursed for payments made if one of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, undergoes a significant change. If, before the start of the package, the professional responsible for the package cancels it, travellers are entitled to a refund and compensation, if applicable.
Travellers can cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee before the start of the package in exceptional circumstances, for example if there are serious safety problems at the destination that could affect the package.
In addition, travellers may, at any time before the start of the package, cancel the contract upon payment of an appropriate and justifiable cancellation fee.
If, after the start of the package, important elements of the package cannot be provided as planned, other appropriate services must be offered to the travellers at no extra charge. Travellers can cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee if the services are not performed in accordance with the contract, if this significantly disrupts the performance of the package and if the organizer does not remedy the problem.
Travellers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation in the event of non-performance or poor performance of travel services.
The organiser or retailer must provide assistance if the traveller is in difficulty.
If the organizer or retailer becomes insolvent, the amounts paid will be refunded. If the organiser or retailer becomes insolvent after the start of the package and the transport is included in the package, the repatriation of the travellers is guaranteed.
