Located close to the Parc Mauresque (550 meters away), in a charming one-way street, this 50 m² house welcomes you with a lovely terrace.
You enter directly into the dining room, followed by a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave, 4-burner hob and dishwasher. A first mezzanine, lit by Velux windows, offers a 140cm bed, while the living room has a 140cm sofa bed and a large TV. There's also a shower room with toilet and washing machine. A second mezzanine, lit by Velux windows, offers two 90cm beds. Plenty of storage space and cupboards are available.
You'll love the lovely 15 m² south-east-facing terrace, with its fish pond, furniture and barbecue. The house is conveniently located, with a hypermarket 400 meters away, a bakery 450 meters away and a market on Place des Marquises 700 meters away. Parking is easy in the vicinity, notably on avenues Michel de Montaigne and Victor Hugo. What's more, a riding school (Poney Club) is just a 5-7 minute walk away!
Small pets are accepted with the owner's agreement. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is a cleaning service at the end of your stay for an additional charge (from €50 to €300 depending on the rental).
