Ideally located in the Eure-et-Loir department, 55 kilometers from Chartes and 140 kilometers from Paris, 15 minutes from Nogent le Retrou (a train station is located in this commune). The Centre-Val-de-Loire region is a paradise for nature lovers. Green hills, lush forests and tranquil meadows offer a wealth of opportunities for hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.
At the gateway to the Perche region, the peaceful atmosphere of the village will enable you to enjoy a moment of tranquillity, far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. As you enter this pretty home, you'll find a warm and inviting room with a sitting area, kitchen (SENSEO coffee maker), dining room and WiFi.
To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (on the first floor), with a 140cm bed and a cot.
The corridor leading to the staircase leads to the bathroom (bath + WC), and the laundry room next door (washing machine).
Upstairs, you'll find a landing room with board games, children's games and a convertible bed (140cm) + a single bed (90cm). Finally, you'll find the back bedroom (140cm).
Outside, the garden is enclosed - you'll enjoy the terrace, with a pergola and garden furniture, and the barbecue for a good time on sunny days. A dart board is available under the shelter.
