The ground floor seamlessly connects the large living room with its own fire place, dining area and a large kitchen. A sweeping colonial inspired patio can be accessed from here as well – overlooking the property, pool area as well as parts of the Mediterranean Sea, it will be the perfect place to end the day with a glass of your favourite wine.
Easily accommodating up to eight individuals in its four bedrooms and five bathrooms the property also features an indoor sauna with a Jacuzzi and a covered outside dining area with barbecue station and pizza oven. Naturally the property has air conditioning throughout, enabling you to fully enjoy Marbella.
Prior to check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for a damage deposit amount of 2.000€. This is not an actual charge but a temporary hold, ensuring that funds are available if needed. Please be aware that this hold will be released within 10 days after your departure, provided no significant damages are identified.
