A luxurious, stylish, seafront 150m2 villa, fully equipped and able to accommodate 7 people in three bedrooms. The villa has been recently constructed and is tastefully designed and decorated paying attention to every detail for your most hassle free stay!
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with one shared bathroom and access to balconies. On the ground level there is one more double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
Our residence features excellent outdoor lawn spaces with barbecue, outdoor dining furniture like outdoor bed and swinging sofa, parasols and relaxing sun loungers around the heated swimming pool!
The infinity salt water pool (91 m²) and adjoining jacuzzi/children's pool has an amazing view!
Swimming pool heating policy: the pool can be heated during the days with the outside temperature less than 25°C degrees. -4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The heating cost for the pool is 80euros per day. The pool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & jacuzzi.
A roof garden is also available for those who wish to enjoy some panoramic views ideally during sunset hours!
Villa Pnoes Seaside is located right next to the beach in the quiet area of Arfathias.
A number of well-known southern seaside locations such as Matala, Agia Galini, Agios Pavlos or Lentas are at close reach from our villa making it an ideal location to explore either the east and west of the island.
