We propose to you to the rent, in Le Barp, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a garden of approximately 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher,
cooking plates...
- A sofa bed

On the 1st floor :

The house is ideally located in Le Barp, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, Hostens lake at 15 minutes...
Activities :
-Walk in the forest
-Access to the Hostens domain and its 5 lakes at about 13 minutes by car
-The Arcachon basin is about 30 minutes away by car
-Lakecity (wakeboard course and inflatable modules for children) accessible at about 5 minutes by car

- You can park directly in the private parking of the house.
- Nearest train station: Marcheprime at 12.3 km (about 12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Mérignac at 37.7 km (about 31 minutes by car)
