Spectacular house located in the Puerto Mar building, in La Manga del Mar Menor km 14, on the first floor ideal for 6 people.
This vacation rental house has its own entrance from the street, a private terrace, a shared pool and is very close to the beach, just 350 meters away.
This spacious first floor has two bedrooms, the main one has a double bed, a wardrobe and two small tables, the second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a small table. Finally, it has a 2-seater sofa bed.
This vacation home has a full bathroom in good condition (with washbasin, bath, WC, bidet).
It has a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, TV and pine beach furniture.
From the living room, we can access a covered terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy a good meal with the sea breeze, read a book or relax with the rays of natural light.
Next, we have a large kitchen with a bar, semi-open kitchen style with the living room, equipped with all appliances in perfect condition and ready for you to cook your favorite dishes, such as: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.. There's also a laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine.
The first floor also has parking and access to the community swimming pool, which is at your disposal with a lifeguard so you can relax after enjoying the magnificent beaches that La Manga has to offer.
