We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Dolus-d'Oléron, this charming house, air-conditioned of a surface of 76 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 37 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (convertible into a king-size bed (180×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 100 m².
- A wooden terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, sunshade, deck chairs, high chair, baby bed, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron...
The house is ideally located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment at 3 km from the large beach of Rémigeasse. You will be close (900 meters) to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sightseeing : The Chassiron lighthouse with its garden is a must-see on the Island of Oleron, the garden of La Boirie, specialized in Sage, also offers you Yoga courses, sailing trip around the Fort-Boyard, the citadel of the Château d'Oléron, the port of the Salines of Grand Village, the fortified city of Brouage...
- Sporting activities : many nautical activities (surfing, kite, paddle, windsurfing...) will be proposed to you among which the famous kayak rides in the marshes, sea outings, horseback riding, parachute jumping, hiking, ILEO water park for children and adults at 2 km from the house....
- Cultural visits : the old castle of Le Berton, the basin of Marennes-Oleron (oyster basin), the museum of the Island of Oleron in Saint Pierre, the castle of Gataudière...
Transportation :
- You can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles).
- Maritime shuttle in summer from La Rochelle to the island of Oléron.
- Nearest train station : Rochefort located at about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle at 1h08 and Nantes Atlantique at 2h38.

- Can be rented with the Hirondelle Verte for a capacity of 10 persons (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms).
