In Vieux Boucau, charming T2 apartment tastefully furnished, located on the 2nd floor of a residence in the center of town, ideal for vacations on foot. It comprises a living room with sofa bed (140cm) opening onto a pleasant, bright loggia. It also features a fitted kitchenette, a shower room, separate WC and a bedroom with a 140cm bed.
There's also a spacious private garage for parking your car and/or bikes. The garage is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Super apartment ideally located! Close to all amenities and the lake ( 10min from the beach ). The only thing missing is an oven (perhaps instead of a dishwasher) and a clotheshorse!
