House rules:
1º We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2º The apartment is rented with sheets, towels are optional (4€ pax).
3. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm)
Check-in time: from 4:30 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise he/she can check in from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11 a.m.
4º When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it; the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7° Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8e. Optional wifi is charged at €5/day and must be requested when booking, as there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
