1ºWe are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2º The apartment is rented with bed linen but without towels (towels 4E pax optional).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00)
Time of entry to apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there are guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4º. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. it is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when booking, as there are specific terminals, so it will depend on availability.
8th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
9th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
