This villa is located 10 minutes from the beach by car (parking is available on this 7 km-long beach) in a quiet neighborhood close to shops. Estartit faces the Medes Islands (diving center). Numerous walks (forest behind the house) and medieval villages nearby. Numerous footpaths nearby. Estartit is part of the municipality of Toroella de Montgri: medieval castle, magnificent golf course.
